• Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are • Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements • Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements • Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible • Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order) • Review current blueprints and quality documentation • Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) • Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance • Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products

• Define & establish a testing standard for the development life cycle process • Create efficiencies in our testing processes prior to launch • Breakdown feature components outlined in design specifications into a structured test plan with consideration for; functionality, the user experience and metrics. • Work, communicate and collaborate with our design & engineering/developer team to identify any gaps and other risk areas to extinguish. • Complete daily scrums with our Scrum Master. • Attend feature design meetings and create internal documentation.

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Lithuanian Localization QA Tester / Proofreader to join a long-term. As a Linguistic Tester, you’ll help bring high-quality Lithuanian content to life and ensure it feels natural, accurate, and polished for end users. Your main focus will be reviewing and refining localized content, making sure it reads smoothly and is free from errors. This includes checking grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, formatting, and cultural or contextual accuracy. You’ll also work hands-on with products by executing test cases, identifying localization bugs, and reporting issues through internal bug-tracking systems. Once fixes are implemented, you’ll help verify that they’ve been resolved correctly. From time to time, you’ll also have the opportunity to translate content from English into Lithuanian. In addition, you’ll explore user interfaces to identify localization or functional issues, playing an important role in delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience. This role is ideal for someone with native-level Lithuanian fluency, strong attention to detail, and an interest in quality assurance within digital products.
