• Review and validate onboarding documents submitted by professionals • Monitor and manage queues for document submissions • Own and execute daily tasks including status updates and document mapping • Contribute to ongoing improvements by reviewing internal policies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries • Communicate clearly via Slack and other internal tools • Stay informed on evolving documentation standards • Meet targets for document review time, accuracy, and throughput

• Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed • Update and maintain theft tracking systems

• Undergo a 90-day structured and paid training program • Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices • Develop specialized skills relevant to client work • Participate in guided assessments and coaching sessions • Prepare for eventual placement with NightOwl clients

• You will focus on assigned school projects, develop training and support materials, and coordinate and lead training sessions for staff, including teachers, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, throughout targeted schools. • Additionally, you will serve as the Edpuzzle representative at both online and in-person events.
