School Success Associate
Edpuzzle
• You will focus on assigned school projects, develop training and support materials, and coordinate and lead training sessions for staff, including teachers, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, throughout targeted schools. • Additionally, you will serve as the Edpuzzle representative at both online and in-person events.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Coach, Tech Coach, District Support or Administrator.
- You must be based in one of the following states: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or New York.
- Proven experience creating and leading school professional development sessions at scale, as well as creating video tutorials and engaging content for teachers.
- Available to travel up to 50% of the time primarily within NY, NJ, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT.
- Experience delivering training for large school districts.
- Proficiency using Edpuzzle or any other LMS.
- Experience training colleagues in the use of edtech tools.
- Experience working remotely.
- Persistence and positivity in the face of adversity.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Benefits
- 💰 Competitive salary at $60,000 - $75,000. Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill set. In addition, this position is eligible for up to $10,000 in incentive compensation under an On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure.
