Associate Theft Investigator
Panoptyc
• Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents • Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines • Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels • Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed • Update and maintain theft tracking systems
