Sales Development Representative
Heggerty
• Research and identify potential customers using various lead-generation techniques to build a strong pipeline. • Qualify inbound leads by assessing potential customer fit based on company criteria. • Schedule meetings and product demos for Regional Sales Directors to drive the sales process forward. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. • Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer data and tracking all interactions. • Stay informed on industry trends, company offerings, and competitors to position Heggerty’s solutions effectively. • Close small-business deals and contribute to revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
Job Requirements
- Curiosity, empathy, and a passion for our mission and values
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred, but open to motivated entry-level candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
