• Lead the German finance organization: You take full responsibility for accounting, controlling, and reporting in Germany, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability as the business grows. • Drive finance transformation: You lead and contribute to group-wide initiatives that modernize finance systems, automate processes, and strengthen data-driven reporting and analytics. • Ensure regulatory excellence: You are accountable for compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, ensuring robust financial governance in a complex regulatory environment. • Own key external relationships: You act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions in Germany and work with Investment Banks and corporate finance advisors, managing these partnerships with confidence and credibility. • Develop high-performing teams: You mentor and grow a strong finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement. • Partner with leadership: You work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decisions and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.
