Our proven business model has generated consistent revenue, and we are now expanding from a professional services model to a scalable tech-based subscription-first model. As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026 by providing an AI assisted SaaS platform that works for all short-term rental businesses regardless of their size. Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions, including guest communication and property management support. We generate revenue through two primary streams: - Dedicated Team Members: Providing trained overseas talent with a recurring premium model, replacing one-time recruitment fees. - Tailwind - SaaS Platform: A guest communication Software blended with our shared services team, supporting smaller operators helping Extenteam increase profitability while growing our product market fit and expanding TAM and service levels. Extenteam is a small but mighty team of 50 consisting of Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, HR & Recruiting, Engineering, Product and Admin (IT, Data etc). We are spread out across the world but we have hubs in Miami, LA, Medellin, and actively expanding into Europe. Our 50 people core team is supported by 400+ DTMs (dedicated team members) that are servicing our customers. What This Role Is About: We are looking for a Resident Support Specialist for a Property management client of ours. The Resident Support Specialist is a key member of the centralized Resident Support team focused on resident retention. This customer service-oriented role requires managing a portfolio of superb apartment communities and providing world-class support to residents. You will oversee inquiries regarding lease renewals, move-outs, renter's insurance, and general resident concerns. This role is for a problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively, empowering you to ensure resident satisfaction and achieve renewal goals. Your Main Responsibilities: Renewal Management: - Proactively contact residents within your assigned portfolio to discuss lease renewals. - Effectively communicate renewal options, lease terms, and rent increases. - Address resident concerns and objections regarding renewals. - Negotiate lease terms within established guidelines to maximize retention rates. - Ensure timely processing of lease renewals. Customer Service: - Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. - Provide timely and accurate information regarding lease agreements, community guidelines, and other resident concerns. - Assist residents with move-out procedures and ensure a smooth transition. - Ensure residents remain in compliance with our renter's insurance requirements. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate on-site team members. What We’re Looking For: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required. - A candidate must have a background in customer service with a strong emphasis on verbal and written communication. - Customer Focus: Dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our internal and external customers. - Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Power BI). Experience with Property Management software is a plus. - Communication: Effectively conveys information and explains processes clearly in writing and verbally. - Collaboration: Teamwork is at the heart of our operations. In this role, you will focus on solving complex technical issues, working closely with engineering and product teams, while also supporting onboarding and basic operational flows when needed. Reports To Business Operations Manager Location We are looking for candidates who can work during hours aligned with Mexico evening and overnight operations (approximately 7PM to 6AM Mexico City time, GMT-6). In this role, the CSA I will field incoming or outgoing calls from patients, care givers, referral sources, or commercial accounts. Provides superior customer service by ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, answering questions appropriately, and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner. Job Duties / Essential Functions: - Professionally handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and providers. Gather all required data, carefully take orders, assist with any inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. - Validate patient details and enter all information and documentation into the system accurately. - Obtains all appropriate documentation from patient and referral sources including script, PARs, Face to Face notes (F2F) and WOPD prior to dispensing orders. Reaches out to the appropriate party if documentation or information is missing. - Contact patient after receipt of order to verify demographics and insurance coverage. Make edits and adjustments to insurance information according to MedCare’s processes. Follows-up with patient or referral source as needed. - Communicate financial responsibility to patients and family. Process payments and co-pays via credit/debit card or e-check prior to releasing an order. - Resolve customer concerns and complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action. If unable to resolve, document it for escalation to the person or department best suited to handle. - Works open to do and task list when assigned. Completes tasks in a timely manner. - Cross-train within the department and be willing to take on a variety of tasks to support the entire department. - All other duties as assigned.
