Job Description

PPE Implementation Consultant

Perseus Group, Constellation Software

• Lead complex Enterprise and Strategic client implementations from onboarding through successful adoption. • Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Design, configure, and demonstrate customized solutions that meet client business needs. • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including train -the-trainer sessions. • Support new asset implementations and ongoing site optimizations. • Provide advanced technical support and issue triage for complex client needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and client success. • Stay current on product enhancements, new releases, and industry trends. • Mentor and support less experienced team members and contribute to a positive team culture. • Lead or support complex projects and initiatives. • Share knowledge and best practices to improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years implementing complex, technology solutions for enterprise and strategic clients
  • Advanced technical expertise with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with broader team.
  • Experience with mortgage products and pricing engine implementations is a definite plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education and/or certifications highly preferred.
