• Dedicated to implementation of the full Payroll, Absence Management and Time & Labor Oracle modules • Serve as subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud HCM suite • Coordinate business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and design of solutions • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud functionality • Create and deliver project documentation • Review, define and guide re-engineering business processes • Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues • Create and coordinate testing plans • Design and configure reports and queries in support of payroll operations

• Under the direction of the project manager / IT Manager, the consultant should perform the testing of the new payment software. • Help project manager in preparation of test cases documents and other documentation as required during the project. • Perform the test (SIT, UAT) based on the test script and proper documentation of the testing. • Support branch and department in the testing (UAT) of the payment software.
