Role Description Work closely with our Product team to take raw concepts and translate them into elegant user interfaces. - Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive click-through demos. - Create responsive designs for accessible, diverse screen sizes. - Participate in user research with our enterprise users. - Convert mockups into artifacts that our UI engineers can integrate into their apps. - Work across our UI teams and build shared style guides and templates. Qualifications - A solid track record of designing innovative web designs and user experiences, especially with enterprise products or platforms. - Hands-on experience with Figma, or other prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. - A solid understanding of HTML / CSS. - Comfortable with AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, etc. - An appreciation for typography demonstrated through previous work. - Resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity. - Optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution. - Resourceful, excited to uncover innovative solutions and teach yourself something new when needed. - Take accountability, do the things you say you’ll do, under-promise and over-deliver. - Nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the “forest through the trees”. Requirements - Experience working with native UI guidelines, responsive web, user interface, accessibility, and visual design standards. - Strong experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across a suite of products. - Strong communication skills with the ability to document design process and mark up designs for handoff to developers. - Creative and flexible problem solver with the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources of data. - Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience) in HCI, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Design, Information Science, Communication Design or relevant technical discipline. - Knowledge of agile methodologies is helpful.
