• As the Manager, Government Affairs, you'll be a key external leader on our Policy and Government Affairs team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing SoFi's government relations strategy, directly advocating for our priorities with policymakers, and managing a portfolio of relationships with key external organizations. • You will work closely with our Public Policy leader who will provide internal policy support and analysis, ensuring our advocacy is well-informed and strategic for the benefits of our members. • Additionally, you will partner with our Stakeholder Affairs leader to amplify our advocacy through strategic engagement with trade associations, think tanks, and other third-party organizations. This role reports to the Director, Policy and Government Affairs.

• Support drug product Process Validation activities, Scale up and post-approval changes (SUPAC) and routine commercial manufacturing at CDMOs. • Identify critical process parameters based on the risk assessment and understanding the impact of material attributes and process parameters on critical quality attributes. Implement appropriate process controls to ensure delivery of consistent batch product quality. • Draft, coordinate, execute validation protocols, perform data analysis, author/review and approve process validation reports with consistent and effective communication with other functions. • Provide support to routine process validation studies, assisting with product technology transfers or lifecycle management changes such as process improvement, addition of secondary API and manufacture site change etc. • Perform technical review of drug product manufacture deviations, change controls, perform process monitoring (manufacturing data summary and analysis, data presentation), perform activities for drug product lot release (assess deviations and process changes). • Work closely with other team members and cross-functionally with quality assurance, analytical/QC, chemical development, supply chain, and project management team to achieve all project deliverables. • Provide support for technical decision-making regarding cGMP compliance, validation strategy and regulatory pathway for SUPAC changes etc. • Familiar with statistical analysis software, such as JMP. • Perform process capability analysis, identify risk, and make recommendations for process improvement. • Manage documentation, change controls, material inventory, product complaints, and deviation resolution at CDMOs. • Represent the drug product group as a Subject Matter Expert to support audits and regulatory inspections. • Support authoring the relevant technical sections of regulatory filings. • Support late-stage validation and post-approval readiness activities and commercial manufacture activities within a virtual working environment.

• Administer and support Verdantas’ Health & Safety Program • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions • Manage incidents and lead investigations • Develop emergency response plans and procedures

• Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions are integrated seamlessly across platforms. • Oversee the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring timely and flawless delivery. • Create the monthly promotional calendar and budget. • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling promotional materials. • Utilize data analytics to constant test, learn and improve upon promotional performance. • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance future campaigns. • Create promotions that resonate with our member base and enhance the overall customer experience. • Implement initiatives to increase member participation and loyalty through promotions. • Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure consistency in messaging and user experience.
