About The Role: The Senior DataOps Engineer I will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle including designing and implementing data pipelines, the associated infrastructure, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met. The role will involve the end-to-end management of data-related infrastructure and applications, ensuring that data is available, secure, and high-quality for analysis and decision-making. Role Description At our ministry, we are passionate about forming lasting faith in every child, everywhere! As the Data & Reporting Specialist, you will play an important role in furthering our mission by turning donor and fundraising data into clear, accurate, and useful information for decision making. This role builds and stewards recurring reports, data analysis, forecasting, and data structure across donors, Major Gift Officers (MGOs), and campaigns. In this role you will collaborate with team members across the ministry to ensure integrity of fundraising metrics and definitions. You will also serve as the primary Salesforce data and reporting expert within the Development team while collaborating with our Technology team for technical system administration.
