Overview Our Payroll and HR Technology Consulting team offers a full range of payroll and HRIS technology services including but not limited Outsourced Payroll Administration, Multi-Jurisdictional Payroll Services, Payroll & HRIS Technology Implementations, Payroll & HRIS Technology Vendor Transitions, Payroll Tax Amendments, Payroll Tax Compliance and Registrations, Time and Attendance Implementations and Management, Benefit configuration, enrollments and carrier feeds, W-2 Reconciliations, and Workflow and Process Design. We are seeking a Payroll & HR Technology Manager to join our team. The professional we are seeking will manage payroll and HR Technology projects, serve as an escalation resource for the payroll team, and provide payroll and HR Technology consulting services and administration to businesses of all sizes. How you'll make an impact - Identify the client's business needs, actively providing best practices, and process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions - Review, respond, and resolve client issues related to work product, project plan, and other inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service to deliver a dynamic client experience - Conduct client quality checks and identify areas of concern and improvement - Successfully manage multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner - Excel in both virtual team environments and independent work, completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with consultants on large-scale projects and take on leadership roles within project teams when needed. - Create custom reports as needed for clients. - Facilitate or oversee the implementation of new products. - Manage and troubleshoot benefit configuration enrollment and carrier feeds for clients as it pertains to the use of technology. - Creation and documentation of key processes that are essential to the success of the project/client - Provide strategic insight for payroll-related initiatives and projects - Identify if the clients’ payroll processes and procedures are in compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines - Streamline processes and optimize system functionality About You - Previous experience in project management of implementations and other payroll/HRIS projects - Ability to develop and execute a project plan - Preferred experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian/Dayforce, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday) - Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting - Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification - Proven ability to effectively manage working relationships with all levels of contacts within a can organization and vendors Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
