• Independently manage all sales and business development activities in your region • Take responsibility from day one and proactively help shape existing processes • Identify and acquire new customers within your sales territory • Work your territory in a structured way and fully exploit the potential of your sales pipeline • Advise our customers and inspire them with your passion for our solution • Own the entire sales cycle from A to Z • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term, trusting customer relationships
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Ideally a background in the construction industry
- Experience with construction machinery or comparable vehicles
- Ambition, perseverance and strong closing skills
- Confident and friendly manner
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Structured, goal-oriented and self-organized way of working
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Very good written and spoken German
- Business fluent English
- Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel to customers
