Solutions Experience Architect

Zscaler

• Assist with administration of Zscaler Products & features in the demo environment - referred to as the Solutions Demo Center (SDC) • Administer 3rd party applications in the demo environment (maintain, update, etc) • Provide support for various demo and lab environments via email and enterprise messaging, escalating when necessary • Help to create and maintain demo environment documentation • Assist with/participate in the New Product Initiative process, and the onboarding of new products and features into the demo environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements
  • Experience in creating and managing demo or lab environments is preferred but not mandatory
