• Drive business growth by applying program management skills in the development of innovative, software-enabled digital health solutions. • Drive process discipline by leading cross‑functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping, resource planning, target setting, and accountability across application software, data/AI workstreams, and supporting functions. • Communicate at all levels of the organization, managing conflict and tradeoffs, and enabling cross-functional success. • Use an iterative approach to product development and partner effectively with software engineering to plan and deliver against requirements, architecture, implementation, verification/validation, release. • Lead teams to create and maintain an iterative development schedule and action plan (build-measure-learn cycles). • Define program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and accurately track KPIs to support the high-level KPIs in the organization. • Own tracking and communicating program risks – including collaborating on mitigation plans. • Create and maintain budgets for programs, including challenging unplanned spend.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing integrated solutions that include application software.
  • Experience delivering production software releases is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating on AI/ML-enabled products or developing AI tools (e.g., LLM-powered assistants, automation, analytics) is a plus; familiarity with data governance and validation expectations in regulated environments is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution, including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams.
  • Proven experience in risk management and change management.
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A technical degree is a plus.
  • PMI/PMP certification is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a true program manager with excellent organizational navigation skills, and strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities. Program Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage a multi-workstream Sales and Marketing Transformation program from planning through execution and benefits realization. Planning, Execution & Governance Structure, launch, and oversee multiple related projects to ensure they deliver against agreed outcomes, timelines, and budgets. Create and maintain integrated program plans and schedules, including key milestones, dependencies, and critical path. Establish and run program governance routines (steering committees, working sessions, status reviews), ensuring decisions and actions are clearly documented and followed through.
