Senior Business Development Manager, FinTech

MatchMove

• Plan and implement business development strategies • Conduct industry, market and client research • Identify business opportunities and generate leads • Prepare material for sales pitches and client meeting • Conduct sales pitch, deal negotiations and closures • Drive business relationships between MatchMove and potential business partners (i.e. Financial Institutions and Corporates etc) • Address and resolve client inquiries • Manage incoming projects and coordinate with relevant teams on project requirements, delivery and execution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in any related field
  • 5 to 8 years of sales/business development in Fintech/ePayment industry
  • Strong knowledge of payments, networks and/or the prepaid/payments products
  • Understanding of network fees and interchange would be a plus
  • Effective in the matrix structure and able to use informal networks within to achieve results
  • High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently
  • High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results
  • Able to think outside the box, innovate and differentiate
  • Good team-player
  • Good organizing skills
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and evolving environment
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
