About the Role: We are seeking a Clinical Program Manager (Nurse Practitioner) to serve as the cornerstone of Motion MSK’s Fracture Prevention Program. This program is dedicated to helping patients at risk for fractures by providing timely screenings and follow-up care. This program plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive the attention they need to improve their bone health and reduce future health risks. This is a unique hybrid role that blends Nurse Practitioner-level case management with clinical program ownership, ideal for someone who is energized by both direct patient care and building scalable care models.
