• Actively recruit host families in communities where our partner F1 private high schools are located. • Share program details with potential host families through various outreach methods, including social media, local events, and community networking. • Guide interested families through the application process in ExLink, ensuring timely submission of all required documents. • Conduct phone screenings with prospective host families to assess their suitability. • Contact and verify references provided by host families to ensure compliance with program requirements. • Collaborate with the program team to provide updates on recruitment progress. • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, applications, and screening outcomes.
• Drive sales of ABC's product and service portfolio in Mexico and LATAM markets through agent visits, trainings, and consultations • Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to meet financial targets • Support existing agents and build new business relationships with clients • Updating and tracking of all students and agents in CRM for all incoming students • Monitor market trends and competitors • Provide a weekly sales report to the Executive Team • Assist and participate in roadshows and conventions arranged by the company • Support the team during traveling, be ready for urgent situations • Assist and participate in organizing online events, collecting all needed information, co-hosting • Assist Senior team in preparation for ABC to be competitive in respective markets
• Develop a comprehensive enrollment strategy for PGA in China, based on available resources and established networks. • Collaborate closely with marketing managers and sales reps in China, and other countries to execute marketing and sales activities. • Collaborate with academic, operations and sales teams to build an effective bridge between lead generating activities and high-quality academic operations. • Set and achieve enrollment, revenue and gross margin targets for PGA. • Become an expert on PGA and deliver internal trainings to help our team confidently sell PGA. • Organize external presentations and events to promote PGA within China and elsewhere. • Support PGA global sales enablement by managing a centralized enrollment pipeline and process for students from multiple countries and sharing best practices for enrollment management.
