• Design, develop & deploy technical solutions that address critical business requirements utilizing Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. • Map the business requirements to the product capabilities of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Design scalable solutions that are suited in the enterprise architecture. • Identify the performance bottlenecks by monitoring the application and provide technical solutions. • Be part of the core development team and also review the delivered code to make sure it adheres to the best practices. • Enable the business units by supplying a rapidly deliverable solution architecture. • Understand the capabilities of the team and engage where necessary to promote lead practice and learning. • Responsible for the quality of the deliverables of the project against requirements and promoted lead practices. • Deliver fit / gap analysis between requirements and OOTB features. Gap analysis should detail any level of customization required. Manage Work with customers on the technical implementation and customization of SFCC. • Provide product technical advice and insight to internal customers and prospects. • Partner with project teams to clarify requirements, initiate solutions and develop deliverable software in the iterations of Scrum. • Build internal confidence and ensure team success with solid technical skills and knowledge, hands-on implementation capabilities, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, reliability and commitment to delivering quality. • Build a reusable framework which will expedite launching of new brands on the same platform. • Stay up to date with new technologies (internal capabilities, and vendor offerings) by evaluating industry and design trends and demonstrating a passion for learning. • Coordinate with outside vendors and brands to ensure their work is delivered on time and on scope.
• Collaborate with our product team to innovate, build, and maintain our software products • Influence Hohm’s architectural strategy and uphold our coding principles. • Optimise the platform to be highly secure, robust and scalable. • Use continuous feedback to constantly improve our product and engineering processes. • Provide support & mentorship to the software engineering team
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications to deliver new features for our mobile App that are well architected and high quality • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application • Produce efficient, elegant, and testable code based on requirements • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software • Observe and compile user feedback to improve software performance and to recommend improvements to existing software • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects
• Work directly with CEO on daily priorities across business and personal tasks • Step in and “just get it done” when something needs to be handled urgently • Fill in for CEO when he’s unavailable (status updates, follow-ups, moving projects forward) • Provide reminders and keep CEO on track with deadlines and commitments • Ensure all companies are progressing as specified (weekly goals, KPIs, deliverables) • Maintain a simple execution system (task tracker, weekly review, status reporting) • Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution • Manage emails: triage, draft responses, follow up, and keep threads moving • Manage the CEO’s calendar across multiple entities • Help with managing finances: tracking invoices, bills, budgets, and cash flow visibility
• Proactively identify and engage potential partners, resellers, and end customers through cold calls, emails, and digital outreach. • Qualify leads based on their business needs, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity maturity. • Drive early-stage conversations to create awareness about the company’s vendor portfolio and value proposition. • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the sales team’s target accounts. • Liaise with field sales teams to handover qualified leads and assist in opportunity progression. • Work closely with vendor account managers and product specialists to position the right cybersecurity solutions. • Support sales campaigns, webinars, and marketing initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversions. • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and activity details. • Develop a clear understanding of customer challenges related to identity protection, data security, cloud security, network defense, and compliance. • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and threat landscapes in Cybersecurity.
