• Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and Blueprints to meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain automation using Deluge scripting for streamlined processes. • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party systems, building custom functions, scheduled scripts, and extensions. • Create dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. • Design and optimize data models, data connections, and ETL pipelines; implement automated reporting and performance monitoring. • Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain Zoho Flow automations and custom integrations between Zoho apps and external platforms.
