EPIC/CERNER Application Analyst
Talentus Global
• Configure, build, and maintain EPIC/Cerner applications to support clinical and business operations. • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues, bugs, or optimization opportunities. • Troubleshoot application errors and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Collaborate with functional analysts and stakeholders to implement system changes based on requirements. • Perform system testing (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing). • Maintain system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and changes. • Support end-users by resolving incidents, service requests, and providing guidance on system usage. • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience working with EPIC and/or Cerner applications.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and clinical systems.
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
- Knowledge of integration standards (HL7, FHIR is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
- Must have experience working for US clients.
