Job Description

Senior FP&A Analyst

Paper

• Own and maintain the corporate operating model • Own the company’s cash flow forecast and liquidity planning • Lead the rolling forecast process, including monthly BvA analysis • Build and maintain scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to improve pipeline visibility • Translate pipeline, bookings, and customer data into actionable insights • Define, track, and continuously improve KPIs and dashboards across the business • Support monthly close in partnership with Accounting • Assist in commission modeling, plan validation, and payout accuracy • Leverage AI and automation to improve forecasting speed, quality, and scalability • Deliver high-quality ad hoc analyses to support leadership and Board-level discussions.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar
  • Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
  • Experience owning forecasting processes (operating model, cash flow, rolling forecast, scenario planning)
  • Strong familiarity with pipeline and bookings data
  • Experience partnering with Sales and RevOps to improve forecasting rigor and data quality
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and analysis
  • NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high-growth tech environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to connect the dots across the business
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action and ownership.
