• Own ongoing stability, optimization, and enhancement of HR systems • Act as the Lead and primary point of contact for all stakeholders • Lead and manage all HRIS Workforce Manager (Time & Attendance) projects • Manage Tier 3 Ultipro/UKG requests with urgency • Serve as SME on various HR/payroll system-related projects • Test new software and system upgrades and identify integration opportunities • Document HRIS processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Perform data gathering and analysis on time and scheduling data
