Senior Human Resources Compliance Analyst

Centene Corporation

• Independently supports and advances Human Resources (HR) Compliance Program by providing senior level expertise, regulatory analysis, and compliance oversight • Advises HR and business stakeholders on complex HR compliance matters • Leads monitoring and audit activities, and supports enterprise initiatives that strengthen compliance governance, risk mitigation, and operational consistency • Independently monitors HR programs, processes, and documentation to assess compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements • Identifying trends, gaps, and emerging risks • Develops and enhances HR compliance communications and training initiatives • Serves as a subject matter resource for HR compliance risk areas • Oversees internal and external HR compliance audit responses • Provides senior level advisory guidance to HR and business stakeholders on complex HR compliance questions • Independently maintains and continuously improves HR compliance documentation • Leads routine and targeted audits of HR programs and processes • Collaborates with HR, Legal, Compliance, and People Team stakeholders to identify compliance gaps

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years Progressive experience in HR compliance, regulatory oversight, or related field required
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations required
  • Proven experience partnering cross functionally and exercising independent judgment in a compliance environment required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex compliance matters preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare or highly regulated industry preferred
  • Experience supporting audit readiness, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring initiatives preferred
