Role Description Como Coordenador(a) de Gente e Gestão na MaisMei, você terá o desafio de estruturar, liderar e aprimorar os processos da área de Recursos Humanos, garantindo alinhamento entre estratégia de pessoas, cultura organizacional e objetivos do negócio. Essa posição será responsável por coordenar iniciativas de recrutamento e seleção, desenvolvimento humano, clima organizacional, desempenho, comunicação interna e políticas de RH, atuando de forma próxima às lideranças para fortalecer a experiência do colaborador e apoiar o crescimento sustentável da empresa. Qualifications - Formação superior em Psicologia, Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência sólida em Recursos Humanos, com atuação generalista e vivência em posição de liderança. - Experiência em recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento, gestão de desempenho, clima organizacional e apoio a lideranças. - Experiência na estruturação e implementação de políticas, processos e indicadores de RH. - Vivência com cargos e salários, estrutura organizacional e práticas de remuneração. - Experiência com pesquisas de clima, engajamento, eNPS e avaliações relacionadas à liderança e experiência do colaborador. - Vivência na organização de eventos corporativos, ações de integração e iniciativas de engajamento interno. - Familiaridade com sistemas e ferramentas de RH, recrutamento e seleção e plataformas ATS. - Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo, com boa comunicação, influência e relacionamento interpessoal. - Inglês para conversação (obrigatório). Requirements - Coordenar os principais processos de RH, incluindo recrutamento e seleção, onboarding, treinamento e desenvolvimento, avaliação de desempenho, clima organizacional e engajamento. - Coordenar o time de RH, distribuindo prioridades, acompanhando entregas e promovendo o desenvolvimento da equipe. - Atuar como parceiro(a) das lideranças, apoiando temas como feedback, desenvolvimento de equipes, gestão de conflitos e sucessão. - Estruturar, revisar e implementar políticas, processos, fluxos e indicadores da área de RH. - Garantir a condução dos processos seletivos de ponta a ponta e desenvolver estratégias para atração de talentos e fortalecimento da marca empregadora. - Acompanhar indicadores de RH e desdobrar planos de ação relacionados a turnover, absenteísmo, desempenho, engajamento e desenvolvimento. - Liderar iniciativas de clima organizacional, cultura, comunicação interna, reconhecimento e experiência do colaborador, incluindo pesquisas como eNPS e avaliações de liderança, com análise de resultados e planos de ação. - Apoiar o planejamento e a execução de eventos internos e externos, ações de integração e iniciativas de fortalecimento da cultura organizacional, em parceria com outras áreas, incluindo a organização de brindes e materiais institucionais. - Atuar na construção e manutenção do programa de cargos e salários. - Assegurar conformidade com normas internas, boas práticas de RH e legislação trabalhista, em parceria com áreas correlatas.
