Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Entry-Level HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This position will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, focusing on providing excellent service, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience. Qualifications - 0–2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources, administrative, or office management role. An internship in HR is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is beneficial. - Experience with an HRIS system ADP is a plus. Requirements - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Process HR paperwork, including new hire documentation, status changes, and terminations. - Generate standard HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover). - Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks, preparing welcome packets, and coordinating first-day logistics. - Support the talent acquisition team by posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Ensure all Employee data is correctly stored and benefits reflect accurately. - Act as a first point of contact for basic employee questions regarding benefits, HR policies, and procedures. - Assist in coordinating company events, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives. - Help communicate HR policies and updates effectively to employees. - Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. - Support the coordination of company-wide mandatory training programs. - Input and audit data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure integrity and accuracy.
