Qualifications: - 7–10+ years of sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits, with a proven record of exceeding quota. - Strong pre-existing broker and consultant relationships within the assigned region. - Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs, stop-loss, and alternative funding models. - Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing organization. About You The Salon Sales Executive - Northeast is a field sales position located in the New York metro area. You're responsible for driving business, Nutrafol brand loyalty, and Nutrafol brand recognition in a defined geographic territory through new salon business development and existing salon business growth strategies. While Nutrafol is a distributed, remote-first company, the successful candidate for this role must reside in the New York City metro area and be located near a major airport, as this role requires frequent travel across the territory - NY, CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT. *Base compensation is listed, but does not include additional comp/perks: monthly sales commission and quarterly company bonus + $700 monthly car allowance. This role works in conjunction with the Sr. Director Salon Sales and inside sales team to grow territory and salon sales through product education, sell-in and sell thru strategies, business consultation, merchandising, promotions and strong relationship management. You’ll report into the Sr. Director Salon Sales for your specific geographic territory and have predetermined targets for both new business development and growth of existing accounts.
