Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. A Day in the Life As a Senior Field Engineer – Robotics & CST (Cranial Spine Technologies), you will join a team responsible for advanced medical technologies used in modern surgical procedures. This role is ideal for individuals who want to combine strong technical expertise with a real impact on patient safety and clinical outcomes. Working with robotic systems and capital equipment offers continuous professional development, exposure to cutting-edge technology, and a high level of autonomy in daily work. The position involves field-based work across the Silesia, Lower Silesia, or Małopolska regions, with regular visits to hospitals and clinical centers. The role reports to a regional Service Manager and requires readiness for business travel and work in clinical environments, including areas subject to radiological supervision. Comprehensive product training, certifications, and expert team support are provided. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Installation and servicing of robotic systems and capital equipment within the Robotics & CST portfolio - Performing preventive maintenance and advanced repairs on medical equipment - Troubleshooting, documenting service activities, and reporting in line with quality procedures - Working in compliance with safety regulations, including environments with exposure to ionizing radiation - Collaborating with sales, clinical, and technical teams to ensure a high level of customer support Required Knowledge and Experience: - Experience in servicing capital equipment and or robotic systems - Several years of experience in a Field Service Engineer role or a similar position - Ability to work in clinical environments and directly support medical staff - Willingness to travel and work in a mobile, field-based role within the region - Knowledge of quality procedures and safety principles related to medical devices - Communicative level of English enabling work with technical documentation and fluent communication Additional advantages include prior experience working in environments with exposure to ionizing radiation, familiarity with robotic surgical systems, and experience supporting Surgical Imaging systems.
