Salesforce ServiceMax Developer

Datasys Consulting and Software Inc.

• Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from designs documentation • Follow ServiceMax best practices and enforce data quality policies • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation • Ensure compliance with security policies through Salesforce/ServiceMax profiles and permission sets • Create new Salesforce/ServiceMax custom objects, assigned fields, designed page layouts, custom tabs and components • Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business • Configure out of the box, custom reports and Einstein Analytics dashboards • Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints • Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented • Oversee that unit tests are executed to ensure they meet quality standards

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in ServiceMax
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies
  • 3+ years in Agile and DevOps development
  • Create SFMs, custom objects, workflows, triggers, flows, lightning components
  • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce.com/ServiceMax platform
  • Work data feeds to and from SAP and other systems and other ETL tools
  • In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax application administration
  • Experience with Territory assignment, Role Hierarchy, and Sharing Rules
  • Experience with Data Loader technologies
  • In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics
