Role Description We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will serve as a trusted partner to the business and a project-owning operator within the legal team. • Collect and analyze trading data across various exchanges and asset classes • Structure, organize, and maintain collected data in a clear and consistent format • Perform reconciliations of financial trading data • Aggregate and process data from multiple sources using Python • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations using no-code/low-code platforms (Make, n8n, Workato, or similar) to improve finance operations and reporting • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose structured solutions to enhance automation and overall performance • Collaborate with Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas • Stay updated on visa requirements and immigration laws in different countries • Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and maintain accurate records • Liaise with government officials and external organizations regarding visa applications and travel requirements • Provide support and guidance to employees throughout the visa application process • Continuously review and improve travel processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Handle any escalated travel-related issues and resolve them on time

• Design and build ELT pipelines for data processing and analysis. • Construct MLOps pipelines for automated retraining and validation of models. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying models and ML services. • Create services for monitoring ML models in production.
• Directly oversee and manage high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including: • Сommercial litigation (e.g., breach of rental agreements, breach of contract for defective equipment) • International arbitration (e.g., cases involving fraudulent misrepresentation and damages recovery) • Financial recovery cases involving frozen balances, unauthorized transactions, or overpaid funds • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in various jurisdictions (UAE, UK, EU, HK) • Independently manage and direct all phases of litigation, including high-value discovery, depositions, and trial preparation • Coordinating local counsels • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies • Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation • Develop and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible • Prepare legal memoranda and briefs on various legal issues • Conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processes • Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings • Maintain and update case management systems and litigation calendars • Collaborate with expert witnesses and other professionals to build strong cases • Contribute to the development of litigation strategies and case theories • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions affecting our practice areas • Contribute to the firm's knowledge management initiatives by creating and maintaining legal templates and research databases • Assist in preparing internal communications and status reports • Participate in various operational activities, including drafting proposals and assisting with client presentations
• Own communication with stakeholders and other teams, structure requirements, set priorities, and assure delivery commitments. • Manage the team effectively, understanding each member’s strengths and weaknesses, and assign tasks based on their abilities and development goals. • Own team capacity planning—tracking load, forecasting needs, and ensuring new hires, processes and tools are in place before capacity becomes a bottleneck. • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and implement measures to improve team performance as needed.
• Work closely with Accounting, Reporting, Tax and Financial Controllers to support the monthly management reporting close by cleansing, validating, and consolidating data from diverse sources (ERP, procurement system, and cross-functional inputs) • Own procure-to-pay monitoring for assigned entities: track requests/payments, resolve issues, and ensure complete audit/tax/reporting documentation through rigorous compliance checks (contract terms, allocation, classification) in coordination with process stakeholders • Maintain financial data integrity across complex Google Sheets models, ensuring critical financial data is accurate and accessible for the wider Finance team • Build high-quality reports and presentations for leadership (PowerPoint storytelling, dashboards, clear takeaways) • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather timely inputs for short-term forecasting cycles • Prepare supporting calculations (e.g., intercompany charges) and incorporate them into reporting and forecasting to support financial decision-making • Proactively optimize processes by identifying data 'pain points' and support implementation of scalable solutions to continuously improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
