Customer Service Assistant

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. • Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and requests. • Develop a deep understanding of products/services. • Maintain accurate and organized customer records. • Keep customers informed about product updates and promotions. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience. • Perform various administrative duties as needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
