Tour Manager, Driver

• Safely operate and maintain custom commercial vehicle (DOT) – 26’ box truck • Manage all logistical aspects of each event stop, including large footprint load-in, setup and breakdown • Emcee live events, engaging with attendees and maintaining high energy • Set up sound, tech, gaming and microphone systems • Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment or vehicle • Assist with inventory and supply maintenance • Ensure proper storage and security of event assets in chase vehicle • Troubleshoot and overcome challenges as they arise • Daily reporting • Track expenses and submit weekly reports • Submit activation photos & videos
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
- Must be a Pennsylvania resident (required)
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and set up a variety of activation assets
- Positive attitude

We are looking for an Area Manager to provide leadership and strategic oversight for all highways maintenance and reinstatement operations across our regions. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially successful delivery of all works, managing Senior Supervisors, supervisors, site teams, and subcontractors to achieve operational, financial, and client performance targets. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership - Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent highways maintenance, reinstatement gangs across the region. - Manage and support both Senior Supervisors and Supervisors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. - Oversee programming, resource planning, and performance monitoring to achieve KPIs and contractual obligations. - Drive operational efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across all delivery teams. - Ensure compliance with the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA), Chapter 8, CDM Regulations, and local authority requirements. Health, Safety & Quality Management - Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all sites. - Conduct regular site audits and lead safety meetings with supervisory staff. - Review and approve RAMS, inspection reports, and corrective action plans. - Ensure reinstatement and maintenance works meet technical, environmental, and client quality standards.
