Data Management & Ops Specialist

Oceans

• Aggregate and integrate data from multiple marketing platforms using tools such as Funnel.io and data warehouses. • Clean, normalize, and structure datasets for consistency and usability. • Perform ongoing QA checks to ensure data accuracy. • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies across systems. • Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau and similar BI tools. • Ensure data sources are properly connected, structured, and scalable. • Monitor dashboards for anomalies and data flow issues. • Investigate and resolve inconsistencies proactively. • Support campaign tracking setup, including UTMs and tagging structures. • Implement and validate tracking requirements across platforms. • Assist with pixel setup and troubleshooting. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate tracking. • Prepare clean, structured datasets for reporting workflows. • Support recurring reporting cycles with accurate and timely data. • Identify anomalies and flag irregular performance trends. • Contribute to insights and optimization opportunities over time. • Manage multiple data and reporting requests across client accounts. • Track tasks and deliverables using project management tools. • Maintain clear communication across teams and stakeholders. • Anticipate upcoming reporting and campaign needs proactively.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or analytics operations within an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Funnel.io and Tableau, with the ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards.
  • Proven ability to clean, normalize, and validate data across multiple sources, ensuring high levels of accuracy and integrity.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics, including campaign tracking concepts.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data warehousing tools such as BigQuery is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
