Ciklum is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team full-time in Ukraine. About the role: As a Senior BI Analyst, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow working for one of the Ciklum’s client who develops a system designed to enhance learning, streamline school operations, and connect students, teachers, and parents in a unified digital environment. It provides real-time academic insights, and seamless integration with key educational tools. The candidate will have hands-on experience with Power BI and will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable data reporting solutions. Responsibilities: - Communicate findings effectively through clear data storytelling and visualization - Build, publish, and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports - Lead the creation of use cases and performance dashboards as part of the Data Strategy - Responsible for the implementation and development of data visualisations - Accountable for designing data engineering structures necessary to support BI initiatives - Responsible for data integration management between core business applications, data lakes, etc. - Owns one or more key infrastructure components and works to continually improve them, identifying gaps and improving the platform’s quality, robustness, maintainability, and speed - Cross-trains other team members on technologies being developed while continuously learning new technologies from other team members - Interacts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirements - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights Requirements: - 5+ years of experience within the Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics - 5+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tools - Power BI - Good knowledge of data analysis in enterprises.
