About the role Support ERP delivery by driving module-level requirement analysis, documentation, and validation, ensuring alignment with overall BA strategy and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities ·       Lead detailed analysis for assigned modules: o   Inventory & Logistics o   Maintenance (MRO) o   Technical Documentation / Configuration o   Procurement / HR o   Analytics & Reporting ·       Break down high-level requirements into functional and user stories ·       Contribute to: o   FRD / SRS sections o   User stories and acceptance criteria ·       Maintain documentation consistency with BA standards ·       Work closely with engineering teams to: o   Clarify requirements o   Validate technical feasibility ·       Conduct module-specific discussions and walkthroughs ·       Utilize AI tools to: o   Assist in requirement breakdown and user story creation o   Analyze data patterns for module insights o   Support documentation and test scenario generation ·       Gather feedback and refine requirements

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of Business Analysis or related experience
  • Basic understanding of:
  • o   Requirement documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • o   User stories and Agile workflows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Technical Background
  • Engineering / Technical degree (preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • o   System workflows
  • o   Basic data structures and integrations
