You’ll shape go-to-market strategy in certified markets to support sustainable growth and broaden our partner network. You’ll drive market expansion for the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator to increase our client base and revenue in regulated jurisdictions. You’ll identify and develop new commercial opportunities to strengthen the product’s positioning and long-term competitiveness across global regulated markets. Key responsibilities: - Drive business growth by acquiring high-potential B2B clients and partners for the Game Aggregator across regulated markets. - Actively reach out to potential clients via outbound channels, pitching our vision both online and at industry events. - Identify and develop opportunities such as new regulated markets, product bundles, and value-driven feature expansions. - Communicate the platform’s strengths, success cases, and performance insights to improve market awareness and conversion. - Develop and execute strategic approaches for market certification, ensuring strong positioning and competitive advantage. Required Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the iGaming industry. - Proven expertise in outbound or account-based sales. - Fluent English (C1/C2) and proficiency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, or Greek. - Strong negotiation and networking skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships. - Solid prioritisation and time-management capabilities. - Good understanding of product development lifecycles and process management. - Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic, international teams. • Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities for a team of 3 to 6 engineers • Take ownership of architectural decisions, overseeing implementation while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security. • Support the development team in delivering high-impact initiatives on time. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, while maintaining an engaging and motivating work environment.

• Guide and develop a team of 3-5 frontend engineers; conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning. Build a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on craftsmanship, autonomy, and accountability. • Balance technical depth with delivery management — enabling engineers to focus while ensuring consistent execution and outcomes. • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentorship to grow Boulevard’s frontend engineering capability. • Lead the design and implementation of our modular frontend architecture using Module Federation and Micro Frontends to accelerate delivery and isolate complexity. • Drive the transition of Dashboard from Angular to React, and steward our web-based hybrid mobile approach (via CapacitorJS and shared webviews) to achieve full cross-platform parity. • Define and uphold engineering standards for code quality, performance, and developer experience across our frontend surface area. • Oversee modernization of our toolchain (React 19, TypeScript 5, Webpack, MUI 7, etc.), ensuring secure, scalable, and AI-ready codebases. • Partner with Architecture and Design System teams to evolve our component library for mobile optimization and platform consistency. • Lead complex debugging and incident resolution for multi-frontend environments, driving systematic improvements to prevent recurrence. • Partner closely with Product, Design, and Backend leads to define platform-level roadmaps and priorities that enable mobile-first, modular experiences. • Collaborate with mobile and backend platform peers to unify cross-platform architecture and ensure performance, reliability, and code-sharing efficiency. • Represent the frontend platform strategy to executive stakeholders, translating complex tradeoffs into clear, outcome-focused narratives.

• Own the engineering strategy and execution for your domain — typically 2–4 squads (20–30 engineers). • Partner closely with your product team and other domain leads to define the domain roadmap, balancing business goals with technical excellence. • Provide architectural oversight across systems and integrations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Drive technical initiatives and make informed build vs. buy and tech debt decisions. • Raise and maintain the engineering quality bar, while being able to dive deep in key technical challenges when necessary. • Lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and key ICs within your domain. • Build high-performing, engaged teams through effective hiring, feedback and development. • Partner with Talent Acquisition on domain-level hiring strategy and workforce planning. • Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and collaboration aligned with Finom’s engineering values. • Manage performance reviews, compensation recommendations, and internal mobility. • Ensure predictable delivery by defining efficient processes for planning, estimation and execution. • Partner with Product, Design, and Data to translate ideas into measurable delivery milestones. • Maintain a healthy balance between feature velocity and technical excellence. • Track and communicate progress transparently, ensuring stakeholders are aligned. • Understand your domain’s contribution to Finom’s strategic goals and financial outcomes. • Anticipate scaling needs, operational risks, and technical dependencies. • Champion a product-engineering mindset — connecting customer problems, business impact, and technology.
