• Responsible for providing end-to-end support for our customers and communities to ensure a positive experience • Establishes and builds rapport with customers through our Operating Principles • Responsible for accurately and confidently handling various types of customer inquiries • Responsible for responding to technical questions and problem resolution related to company products • Creates a personal connection to the customer and demonstrates a favorable image of the organization • Multitasks between multiple tools and systems with ease • Improves customer satisfaction and maximizes sales and retention opportunities • Acts as a product consultant, articulating appropriate product solutions, features and benefits • Demonstrates awareness of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment
Job Requirements

- Are you 18 years of age or older or can you demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract?
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill
- Gallagher will require proof of work authorization
