Chief Commercial Officer

• Responsible for partnership P&L • Collaborate with the partnership Senior Management and Commercial team to develop commercialization strategies • Oversee the implementation and successful development of strategic go-to-market plan • Proposes and ensures implementation of pricing and contracting strategies • Oversee sales forecasting and marketing strategy for the client asset • Analyze and interpret changing market and industry dynamics/trends • Ensure effective control of Commercial team results • Regularly provides transparent updates to the JMC on progress • Collaborates with shared services (Finance, IT, HR, Legal) • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development
Job Requirements
- MBA preferred
- 20+ years of progressive commercial experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications
- Familiarity with SFDC CRM platform
- Strong understanding of US commercialization with proven ability to build and lead all facets of a new drug commercialization
- Extensive experience leading high performance Commercial teams in pharmaceutical industry
- Proven success with launching new therapies in the US market.
- Ability to analyze cost-benefit scenarios, manage budgets and negotiate contracts and vendor/customer agreements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
