Account Executive

Red Antler

• Develop paid media strategies to drive growth per client business objectives • Work cross-functionally to oversee completion of paid media strategies • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders • Analyze and optimize cross-channel media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics • Produce bi-weekly reports for our clients with account updates, recommendations and results • Own all client communications, building strong working relationships • Redefine strategies as needed, constantly optimizing the paid media mix and layering on additional channels and tactics as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing
  • Paid media experience, building strategies across multiple paid media channels
  • Ability to present strategies both to clients and agency stakeholders for alignment
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Proactive attitude, anticipating client needs and redefining strategies before they bottom out
  • Problem solving mentality, willing to be data curious and dig deeper to understand performance trends
  • Experience working with a team and delivering projects for clients
