Job Description
Customer Service, Exit Booth Agent
SIXT
• Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents • Check the validity of driver’s licenses and request additional documentation when needed • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary • Offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes • Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges • Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels • Maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
- Willing to wear a company uniform
- Speaking other languages is a plus
