Job Description

Compensation Analyst Intern

• Support maintenance of pay bands, salary ranges, and job leveling documentation • Collect and organize compensation market data for benchmarking across roles and locations • Analyze compensation data in Excel to validate alignment to ranges and identify trends • Assist with the execution of the annual compensation refresh, including intake review and reporting • Support compensation initiatives related to fulfillment center and international teams • Document compensation processes, templates, and workflows to improve consistency and scalability

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with data in Excel, including:
  • Pivot tables
  • VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
  • Basic data cleaning and organization
  • Strong attention to detail with examples of working on projects requiring high accuracy
  • Ability to clearly explain data or findings, either in writing or verbally.
  • Coursework or projects in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or data analysis
  • Experience working with large datasets, reporting, or data validation
  • Familiarity with HR systems, surveys, or benchmarking tools
  • Experience balancing multiple tasks or deadlines in a structured environment.
