• Oversee the website's operations to ensure a seamless user experience. • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly while assisting with product selections. • Enhance product listings and content by providing detailed descriptions, visual aids, and specifications. • Foster customer relationships and establish partnerships with content creators, influencers, and complementary businesses. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop concepts, layouts, and promotional strategies. • Determine pricing strategies based on industry trends and sales objectives. • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure stock availability and timely delivery. • Create and manage PPC advertisement campaigns and engage with audiences on social media platforms. • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in eCommerce, website upkeep, and associated sectors
- Proficiency in content, product, and inventory management
- Familiarity with SEO principles and understanding of non-technical SEO best practices
- Proficient in operating Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, reaching at least B2 proficiency
- Strong abilities in copywriting and editing
- Experience utilizing Google Analytics for project management and reporting purposes
- Well-versed with MS Office, particularly Excel
- Understanding of CSS Media queries
- Able to work the night-shift
