Job Description Customer Engagement and Services is a unit responsible for the management and development of IT applications and solutions supporting customer interfacing operations – such as Field Service Operations, Sales and Customer Relationship Management and related support activities. You will be part of a master data management team. This team is responsible for customer, vendor and contact master data solution. The development is performed in close cooperation with the Agile development team. We are now looking for an xDM Specialist with development skills to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day business operations while performing our team's development activities. You will join an existing development team as a developer and actively participate in all Scrum events and activities. Your responsibilities include: - Translate business requirements into scalable designs.. - Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance - Develop and design of new features to xDM. - Data modelling of new and existing models. - Part of existing xDM development team. - Managing the daily activities of xDM platform. - Database extracts. - Resolving IT development and maintenance issues, communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in development of the Semarchy xDM. - At least 3 years of experience in SQL. - Solid knowledge of company master data management and good knowledge of master data related processes. - Good communication skills, good social skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in the Company Master data management area is required. - Good communication in English, both spoken and written, as English is our business language. What We Do The New Orders Specialist primary function is to answer inbound calls from existing and potential First American customers.
