• Develop and own the product roadmap: Own and evolve strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with company goals, market opportunities, and user needs • Identify and prioritize opportunities: anticipate future needs, use data and insights to assess impact, and ensure clear alignment with company goals • Drive discovery & user research: Partner with design and research to uncover unmet needs, validate assumptions, and embed customer insights into product direction • Own the research to delivery loop: Translate insights into initiatives, define clear success metrics, and ensure delivery teams build features that address validated needs • Focus on adoption & retention: Monitor product utilization, user retention, and customer satisfaction, building strategies to improve outcomes over time • Scalability: Drive platform strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, configurable, secure, and compliant • Influence data-driven decisions: Define and track KPIs (engagement, retention, ROI, NPS, operational efficiency) and use data to drive prioritization and iteration • Enable experimentation & growth: Design and oversee A/B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts to evaluate product impact and accelerate learning • Lead cross-functional delivery: Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ensure aligned execution • Manage complex trade-offs: Drive stakeholder alignment on sequencing, prioritization, and resourcing in a way that balances short-term delivery and long-term vision • Mentor & coach: Provide guidance and development opportunities for product owners, business analysts, and other team members • Stay ahead of industry shifts: Track SaaS, healthcare tech, and regulatory trends, incorporating insights into forward-looking product planning
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ product management experience, with proven success driving SaaS or platform products from strategy through adoption
- Experience in both D2C and B2B healthcare or adjacent regulated industries
- Experience with healthcare technology platforms (e.g. EHRs, care management, or population health systems)
- Demonstrated ability to define vision, set direction, and lead execution of complex, multi-stakeholder products
- Strong understanding of SaaS products (integrations, APIs, data security, scalability)
- Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and measurable user outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influence skills across all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, with experience making ROI-driven prioritization decisions
- Systems thinker who can zoom in on details while keeping a strategic perspective
- Curiosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
