• Conduct outbound lead generation, identifying the correct customer profiles, qualifying them, and warming them up for meetings with the Closer; • Consistently populate and update the CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and complete; • Prepare detailed, up-to-date reports on the progress of business opportunities; • Collaborate with the Closer to ensure the best possible conversion of leads into customers; • Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to work in a team, contributing to collective success; • Communicate clearly and assertively, both internally and externally; • Be flexible and willing to adapt and improve the approach to leads, always seeking to maximize conversion; • Use creativity and dynamism to ensure the best strategies for capturing and converting leads; • Contribute to the team's development and growth, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning;

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an SDR, preferably with a focus on outbound lead generation;
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle;
  • Experience with CRM tools and the ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
