Purchase Card Program Analyst

• The Purchase Card Program Analysts are responsible for reviewing 100% of NIH's purchase card transactions on a regular basis • Annually participate and execute a more detailed cardholders (CHs) and card approving officials (CAOs) review on 10% of the CHs and CAOs transactions • Determine through data mining those transactions that require further review due to inconsistencies or non-compliance • Responsible for obtaining monthly cycle transaction data from NIH and uploading, processing, and storing the purchase card data • Determine that the data file received from NIH is complete and reconciles, summarizes, and analyzes the transactional data • Request documentation that supports each transaction in question from the cardholder • Review supporting documentation and determine if it is sufficient to support the transaction • Prepare and send a standard letter describing all instances of non-compliance based on information obtained during the transactional review • Participate in developing a schedule for compliance reviews • Responsible for performing reviews using the NIH Purchase Card Checklist and/or CAO Checklist • Prepare and submit individual standardized letters describing instances of non-compliance to the team lead • Participate in preparing a summary report of the findings and a briefing to the respective IC

Job Requirements

  • The Purchase Card Program Analyst must possess a Bachelors Degree in a business or technical field
  • 5 years of related procurement or finance experience
  • At least two years experience in the purchase card work execution, management and/or oversight
  • Strong analytical, compliance assessment, teamwork, and written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to self perform at a high level
  • Must be able to use an approved data analysis tool
  • Comply with NIH OIT Certification and Accreditation (C&A) standards
  • Significant knowledge and working experience with Microsoft word, excel, relational databases, and data mining and manipulation

The role of Senior Employee Listening Manager has a critical role to play in the next phase of MongoDB's growth. You will continue to evolve our global employee listening strategy, tooling, analytics, and action planning process (for managers and for the enterprise) that scales with our organization’s continued growth, and ensure our culture is measured and reflected in our listening strategy. You will also lead other lifecycle surveys to ensure that we harness integrated insights across our listening tools. This role is part of the Culture, Talent, and Development (CTD) leadership team. As a team, we are responsible for culture and talent building programs, including leadership development, employee learning, talent management, engagement, listening, and inclusion. This role can be based remotely out of the United States.
