Geotechnical Engineer – Engineer, Architect-Engineer Services
ProSidian Consulting
• Provide support for a variety of A-E services and environmental support projects nationwide • Work may include assignments on a wide variety of Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological (HTRW) sites • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and laws • Support military and civil environmental programs for several federal agencies • Professional services include performing environmental studies, designs, and general support of environmental issues under federal and state laws • Conduct site investigations and assessments, remedial investigations/feasibility studies, and prepare Environmental Condition of Property reports • Perform National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analyses and documentation, archaeological investigations, wetlands determinations, and groundwater modeling • Engage in cost estimating, drawings preparation, and inspection services during construction • Work on hazardous waste and environmental type projects involving radioactive and mixed waste; energy conservation, pollution prevention, and habitat restoration
Job Requirements
- Must have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
- Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in geotechnical or civil engineering
- 8+ years experience
- Professional engineering registration required
- U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Employees must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office
