Account/Project Manager, Copywriter

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope. • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure project goals are met. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution. • Conduct regular client check-ins and status updates, proactively addressing any concerns or changes in scope. • Manage budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial parameters. • Assist in the development of proposals, contracts, and reports for both internal stakeholders and clients. • Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and more. • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather insights and craft messaging that supports marketing strategies. • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Conduct research to understand industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities. • Adapt writing style to fit various formats and audiences, ranging from formal business communications to creative marketing content.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account/project management, ideally within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility in tone and format.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp) and copywriting tools (e.g., Grammarly, WordPress, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and meet client needs.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video production is a plus.
  • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions.
  • A functioning webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
