• Own sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, and closing for technical roles (e.g., quantitative developers, protocol researchers, full-stack developers, among other teams) • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality pipelines across multiple functions • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance • Leverage on-chain reputation tools, GitHub activity, DAO contributions, Crypto Twitter/Farcaster/Discord communities, open source communities, hackathons, L2 ecosystems and crypto-specific hiring channels • Work directly with engineering leadership & hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs • Advise hiring teams on best practices for conducting interviews and making informed, data-driven decisions • Maintain structured hiring pipelines, interview scorecards, and ATS hygiene • Implement structured evaluation frameworks that align with Gauntlet’s standards • Proactively suggest improvements to hiring processes, outreach copy, interview structure, and branding across technical roles

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. • Source and attract top talent through creative sourcing strategies, leveraging platforms, networks, and tools effectively. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements. • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities. • Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and internal teams in both Portuguese and English. • Support the HR team in managing recruitment processes while ensuring alignment with company culture and values. • Expand recruitment efforts to other countries.
